DESAIN ENGINEERING SAFETY INSTRUMENTED SYSTEM (SIS) PADA FURNACE 5 (F05) KILANG PUSDIKLAT MIGAS
Abstract
SIS (Safety Instrumented System) berfungsi untuk mengamankan manusia, plant (furnace) dan lingkungan dari kemungkinan kejadian bahaya. Furnace memiliki beberapa potensi bahaya seperti low low pressure dan high high temperature. SIS mengamankan furnace dengan cara menghentikan proses yang sedang berlangsung pada furnace. SIS pada furnace membutuhkan tingkatan SIL tertentu yang dapat diperoleh melalui assesmen sistem. Assesmen sistem dilakukan melalui penentuan target SIL dan verifikasi SIL. Sedangkan perancangan SIS dilakukan melalui peningkatan frekwensi Tes Interval (TI) dan penerapan konfigurasi redundant.
