memudahkan dan siap untuk diverivikasi yang selanjutnya dapat dilakukkan perhitungan emisi
GRK yang dihasilan dari suatu kegiatan, persyaratan tersebut disingkat TACCC
((Transparency, Accuracy, Consistency, Comparability dan Completeness)
