STEAM TRAP
Abstract
Steam Trap merupakan sarana yang harus dimiliki oleh suatu industri migas .steam trap ber fungsi menunjang penghematan energi di Kilang minyak bumi agar dapat berfungsi dengan baik, yang secara garis besar fungsi steam trap adalah dalam 5 hal, Menghemat energi yang terbuang ( panasyang hilang), Mencegah kerusakan mesin turbin, Menghemat tenaga manusia dalam membuang kondesat yang terbentuk, Mencegah kerusakan pipa penyaluran uap, Menghemat bahan bakar. Dari segi biaya, offsite merupakan bagian biaya penggunaan steam trap sangat murah jika dibandingkan dengan kerusakan alat dan energi yang terbuang.
