MENENTUKAN SUHU MINIMAL PADA CONDENSOR DAN REBOILER DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN KESETIMBANGAN
Abstract
Di dalam proses distilasi untuk memisahkan gas-gas dengan cairannya perlu
pengaturan suhu minimal operasi pada tekanan operasi yang dikehendaki agar
mendapatkan produk yang optimal kemurniannya.
Dengan menggunakan rumus-rumus kesetimbangan ini maka dalam pemisahan
gas dengan liquidnya dalam distilasi dapat dilakukan Di dalam kolom yaitu pada kondisi
operasi suhu Reboiler dan diluar kolom pada suhu kondisi operasi condensor.
Untuk penentuan kondisi operasi condensor dengan menghitung suhu dew point
suatu campuran sedangkan untuk menentukan kondisi operasi reboiler dengan
menghitung suhu bubble point dari campuran tersebut.
