Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is part of work starting in companies, laboratories and workshops. One of the risks that can occur in a job is a work accident. Work accidents are unexpected events. Understanding related to the application of Occupational Safety and Health in the industrial world is expected to support the theoretical knowledge gained in lectures. The author used observation, interviews and literature study methods: Conducted direct observations and interviews in the K3 section at PPSDM Migas Cepu. Field Work Practice activities will be carried out on 1 November 2023- 30 November 2023. Environmental conditions and waste management at PPSDM Migas PPSDM Migas Cepu supports environmental health, especially at the PPSDM Migas oil refinery, carried out by examining and monitoring the work environment based on physical, chemical and environmental parameters. biology. PPSDM Migas Cepu PPSDM Migas Cepu has implemented a health program for workers with the Bhina Migas Main Clinic facility located in the PPSDM Migas area. Apart from that, a regular health check program is also carried out, namely once every 6 months. PPSDM Migas has received the K3 award, namely Patra Nirbhaya Karya Utama, by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources. Hazard control in the Refinery and Utility Activities area at the Cepu Migas PPSDM. PPSDM Migas implements an Occupational Safety and Health Management System where SMK3 is implemented based on ISO 45001. SMK3 is part of the management system to eliminate and minimize the occurrence of work accidents, work-related diseases, fires and environmental pollution. Practical work that has been carried out for 1 month, the author can conclude regarding the implementation of K3 in the Cepu Oil and Gas PPSDM refinery and utility area, such as having implemented K3 aspects based on integrated management system standards and ISO, the production process has been running according to the SOP, the PPSDM Migas environmental area is clean because Pickets are carried out every day, PPSDM Migas has a polyclinic that collaborates with BPJS Health and carries out MCU to all workers regularly, in each unit there is a first aid box available, the dangers that exist in the refinery area are explosions, flashbacks and fires, there is PPE available in every units.
