DIKLAT KEPEMIMPINAN POLA BARU, APA, BAGAIMANA IMPLEMENTASINYA DAN TANTANGANNYA
Abstract
Tahun 2014 merupakan tahun pertama dilaksanakkannya diklat kepemimpinan (Diklatpim) pola baru. Ketentuan ini sudah ada dalam Peraturan Kepala Lembaga Administrasi Negara (LAN), Perkalan nomor 10 s.d. 13 Tahun 2013. Lembaga Administrasi Negara (LAN) menyatakan pola baru penyelenggaraan diklatpim merupakan reformasi sistem diklat dalam hal tujuan, syarat dan media pembelajaran. Kesiapan Penyelenggara Diklat dan widyaiswara akan diuji dalam Diklatpim ini karena akan ada perbedaan yang banyak dibanding dengan Diklatpim Pola Lama, Penulis bertujuan untuk menelaah diklatpim dengan pola baru tersebut. Telaah meliputi dua hal yaitu harapan yang ingin dicapai dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan diklatpim tersebut,
