Perencanaan Hidrolika Pemboran

Hidrolika lumpur pemboran memiliki peran penting dalam mengatasi preoblema lubang yang timbul. Untuk itu diperlukan perencanaan model hidrolika yang bagus dalam mengatsi problema lubang dan meningkatkan rate of penetration. Parameter desain hidrolika adalah pressure loss, bit hydraulic optimization, dan hole cleaning. Sumur X merupakan sumur eksplorasi untuk memproduksikan gas. Sumur ini didesain horizontal dengan total kedalaman 14,800 ftMD/ 12,060 ftTVD. Hasil desain hidrolika pada tiap trayek adalah sebagai berikut: trayek 26” dengan kombinasi nozzle 4x15”, TFA 0.69 in2, dan range flowrate 1101-1200 gpm. Pada trayek 17-1/4” dengan kombinasi nozzle 4x15”, TFA 0.69 in2, dan range flowrate 770-850 gpm. Pada trayek 12-1/4” dengan kombinasi nozzle 6x11”, TFA 0.556 in2, dan range flowrate 480-570 gpm. Pada trayek 8-1/2” dengan kombinasi nozzle 8x11”, TFA 0.742 in2, dan range flowrate 450-520 gpm. Pada trayek 5-3/4” dengan kombinasi nozzle 4x11”, TFA 0.371 in2, dan range flowrate 290-320 gpm. Ketersediaan peralatan menjadi pertimbangan penting dalam perencanaan hidrolika seperti ukuran nozzle bit.
