Verifikasi Pengujian Density Biosolar dan Flash Point Minyak Bakar dengan Evaluasi Repeatability dan Reproducibility Menggunakan Uji Anova Single Factor

Jaminan kualitas dalam pengujian produk minyak bumi, terutama untuk Density Biosolar dan Titik Nyala Minyak Bakar, memiliki peranan penting dalam pengawasan kualitas di laboratorium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memeriksa ketepatan dan konsistensi metode pengujian kedua parameter tersebut dengan menganalisis keterulangannya serta perbedaan hasil melalui metode statistik. Pengujian dilakukan secara berulang pada sampel Biosolar B-35 dan Minyak Bakar sesuai dengan ketentuan ASTM D4052 dan ASTM D93. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analisa Anova Single Factors dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel. Hasil evaluasi intralaboratory menggunakan metode korelasi dan analisis ANOVA single factor menunjukkan nilai F-hitung densitas biosolar sebesar 7,261 dengan p-value 0,0195, sedangkan untuk flash point minyak bakar diperoleh nilai F-hitung sebesar 0,435 dengan p-value 0,522. Kedua metode pengujian telah terbukti dapat diimplementasikan secara konsisten oleh personil yang kompeten dengan minimal dua operator yang berbeda dalam kondisi laboratorium yang terkontrol, memenuhi persyaratan presisi dan akurasi standar ASTM serta ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
