Zona Integritas (ZI) merupakan elemen kunci dalam reformasi birokrasi bertujuan untuk menciptakan mengintegrasikan inovasi dan kebijakan guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas layanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Zona Integritas di Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Minyak dan Gas Bumi (PPSDM Migas), serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap kinerja organisasi dan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang berfokus pada strategi dan implementasi ZI di lingkungan PPSDM Migas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PPSDM Migas telah melaksanakan berbagai langkah strategis dalam penerapan Zona Integritas, seperti peningkatan standar pelayanan, penguatan tata kelola, dan penegakan integritas. Implementasi tersebut berdampak positif terhadap kinerja institusi dan kepuasan pengguna layanan. Selain itu, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi baru pada literatur dengan menambah pemahaman khususnya pada aspek manajemen perubahan dalam implementasi Zona Integritas, sehingga dapat menjadi referensi penting bagi institusi lain yang ingin menjalankan reformasi birokrasi secara berkelanjutan. Temuan ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi institusi lain dalam mengimplementasikan reformasi birokrasi secara berkelanjutan.
