Analisa Aliran Sistem Distribusi Listrik Power Plant ke Kilang PPSDM Migas Menggunakan Software ETAP

PPSDM MIGAS memiliki sarana Kilang beserta Utilitas Pendukung, yaitu Boiler Plant sebagai penyedia uap bertekanan, Water Treatment Plant sebagai penyedia air pendingin, dan Power Plant sebagai penyedia sumber daya listrik. Keberlangsungan proses di Kilang salah satunya bergantung dari operasional Power Plant. Dengan kebutuhan beban puncak sekitar 450 kW, kehandalan Power Plant yang saat ini single operation, 1 (satu) Genset 1000 kVA setiap harinya tentunya juga tergantung dari sistem distribusinya. Gangguan internal dan eksternal yang terjadi dapat menyebabkan terjadinya black out di Power Plant, dan terganggunya operasional Kilang PPSDM MIGAS. Kualitas daya yang terjaga sangat dibutuhkan untuk sumber tegangan bagi operasional peralatan peralatan listrik. Nilai tegangan yang nominal, tercukupinya kebutuhan daya serta frekuensi yang konstan perlu dipastikan untuk menjaga operasi normal. Adanya tegangan jatuh yang terjadi sepanjang sistem distribusi radial ini perlu dipastikan masih sesuai dengan nilai standar, salah satunya standar Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) yaitu SPLN no 72 Tahun 1987 maksimal sebesar 5 %. Mengingat usia peralatan, analisa aliran daya sistem distribusi listrik Power Plant ke Area Kilang diperlukan untuk melihat kehandalan sistem distribusi tersebut.
