Analisis Termodinamika Pemanfaatan Fluida Brine Panas Bumi Menggunakan Siklus Rankine Organik 125 kW

Salah satu output dari Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Panas Bumi yang karakteristik reservoirnya dominasi cair adalah fluida brine yang akan diinjeksi lagi menuju reservoir. Namun temperature fluida brine masih cukup tinggi dan dapat digunakan sebagai sumber panas pada sistem SRO / siklus rankine organik. Disamping itu, fluida brine mempunyai kandungan silika yang dapat mempengaruhi proses scaling sehingga penurunan temperature fluida brine haruslah dijaga agara tidak terjadi proses scaling. GE Clean Cycle 125 kW merupakan teknologi yang dapat digunakan untuk pemanfaatan waste heat recovery fluida brine. Pada fluida brine, temperature masuk evaporator pada sistem siklus rankine organic sebesar 150°C dengan laju massa alir 63 kg/s, akan keluar melalui pre heater sebesar146,39°C. Sedangkan Fluida kerja R-245fa mempunyai laju massa alir sebesar 4,3 kg/s bekerja secara sistem tertutup. Potensi energi termal yang dapat diberikan ke dalam sistem SRO sebesar 138,26 kW dengan temperature reservoir 250°C dan net efisiensi sistem SRO GE Clean cycle 125 kW dapat menghasilkan 11,65%.
