Evaluasi Penerapan Metode Uji ASTM D-86 untuk Penentuan Sifat Volatility Solar B30

Uji distilasi merupakan salah satu parameter uji yang penting dalam penentuan kualitas bahan bakar, khususnya pada penentuan sifat penguapan bahan bakar. Pada spesifikasi jenis bahan bakar minyak Solar yang dipasarkan di dalam negeri, metode distilasi yang digunakan adalah ASTM D86-17. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai evaluasi penerapan metode distilasi ASTM D86-17 pada Biosolar B30. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa metode ASTM D86-17 dapat digunakan untuk distilasi Biosolar B30 sedangkan Uji t menunjukkan bahwa rerata (mean) data distilasi Solar kilang dan Biosolar B30 tidak sama sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan.
